At Westport Big & Tall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items do not fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange them within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

• 3.
  Package the Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
